This is an original print of Bagheera from Rudyard Kipling's 'The Jungle Book' and is one out of three mentors Mowgli has, alongside Kaa the python and Baloo the sloth bear. This was inspired by 'The Outsong in the Jungle', a poem which acts as a farewell from them as Mowgli finally leaves for the man village.

Each print is an original and slightly different, created using artist's carbon copy paper (sometimes called Transfer Paper). The Transfer Paper has a thin layer of ink which when pressed/drawn on leaves or transfers the ink onto the paper below it, leaving a unique mark; not too dissimilar to other monoprinting techniques.

The size of the print is approx 130mm x 180mm. It comes wrapped in a bio-degradable sleeve and backed with card.
