I accept returns and exchanges :)
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order first to see if we can resolve it in another way. Also I cannot offer free returns so any returns/exchanges, postage will have to be customer's responsibility.

I don't accept cancellations once item is shipped.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads/digital products
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me first! I will try and come to an arrangement, however if this is unsatisfactory and you still wish to return the item, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to me. I would be unable to issue a refund if I do not receive the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
